Hi Everyone!

(Obligatory greeting, as I’m talking to quite the empty space)

It’s winter time again, so I think it’s time to reexamine this site. I’m going to add a couple different pages detailing some of my hobbies and side projects. I’ll try to continue my detailing of my student debt, however that will be only periodic updates to my amounts owed.

This site is trying to find its raison d’être, so please bear with me.

As of December 3, 2013 I can proudly report that I have reduced my student debt below $100,000. While this is a major victory, it’s very much bittersweet. It’s a huge accomplishment, but at the same time I still owe a large sum of money.

The next milestone will be reducing the principle below $60,000. Currently I should reach this milestone in May/July of 2014.

I know I’ve been taking quite a long time to bring this site up to date and I apologize for that. I’ve begun the massive step forward in securing my financial freedom. I will begin to detail my story and plan in the next couple weeks.
